Perinatal Mood Anxiety Disorder (PMADS)
Whether you’re expecting, postpartum, or somewhere in between, we hold space for the full range of your experience—joy, fear, grief, rage, numbness, and everything in between. Dr. Lauren is a certified perinatal mental health specialist (PMHC) with a particular focus on birth trauma and perinatal OCD, including intrusive thoughts. Together, we work toward healing and a sense of balance during this deeply transformative time. -
